  The view from this place is truly amazing. We booked this place last minute and appreciate the owner’s quick response, flexibility and help.

  Everything was fine, just the check in was quite troublesome. And the rules are quite tight

late to bank in deposit. at a hotel you get the deposit upon check out, at this airbnb it has been more than 24hours as promised but i have yet to receive it. have texted back requesting for my depo but given same answer,

"hi sir, yesterday we will check the house first. we will refund by today in 24hours" how long do you need to check the house? and ive waited 24 hours and still told to wait for 24hours a day after I've checked out?that makes it 48 hours

we were told to clean some stains on our own which WE notified in advance was due to some chocolate and was told to clean it because the host is very strict and will deduct from the depo. chocolate stains can be removed by washing the bed covers which they should be doing after every stay by a customer.makes you wonder if they do wash it before the next stay.

  Good: As expected, the view was breathtaking. The living room was abit narrow for a big group like us (6 pax) but the rooms are spacious. Enough kitchen utensils were... read more provided to reheat or cook food. The elevator waiting time is acceptable.


Bad: Both check-in and check-out procedure wasn't as smooth as expected. Despite the fact that we can only check-in at 4pm onward, the process of getting the parking card, house key took about 15 mins. There's not enough chairs and beds for all 6 of us at the dining table and the iron was broken.
As for check-out, we have to move out our car from the parking spot first before we settle other process which make it even harder since there is no parking spot available to stop by for a while.
