Delivery Policy
- General Information
- All orders are subject to guesthouse/room availability. If a guesthouse/room is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order.
- Delivery Location
- We do not offer any delivery or shipping of our product. Upon payment of the service, merchant will be receiving booking confirmation / payment confirmation on our email. Customer also will receive confirmation on their email.
- Delivery Time
- For guesthouse booking, guesthouse will be ready for check in at 4.00 pm. Key for the house will be delivered upon check in at receptionist area. Check out time is at 12.00 pm.
- For room rental booking, room will be ready to move in upon full payment of deposit as well as 1st month rental of the room.
