Refund Policy
- For non-refundable room rates: Prior payment made for a reservation which results in any form of reservation cancellation, attempts to modify the reservation, or failure to show on the specified check-in date, is strictly non-refundable.
- For refundable room rates:
- Any reservation cancellation or reservation change is allowed without charge until 48 hours before arrival.
- Any reservation cancellation or failure to show on the specified check-in date shall be charged FULL stay room rates if cancellation is made after the deadline.
- Payment for room rental is non-refundable. Once payment has been made by client, there shall be no refund.
